Mark Davis, General Manager
Mark is a lifelong resident of Miami County, a graduate of the Ohio State University in Parks and Recreation Administration and has a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Dayton. He spent 25 years with Five Rivers MetroParks in facility management, serving three years as Superintendent of Parks. He enjoys shade gardening and traveling. He currently is semi-retired and serves as the part-time General Manager.
Cindy Masters, Accounting Manager
Cindy Masters was born and raised in the Dayton area and now resides outside of Piqua. She graduated from Northridge High School in 1981. She and her late husband Rick have two children and five grandchildren. Cindy loves spending time with her family and friends, reading and going to movies. She has been with Dayton Memorial Park since August of 2013.
Jennifer Stiver, Office Administrator
Jennifer, our Office Administrator, lives in Union with her husband, daughter, and Boston terrier. She graduated from Northmont High School and Ohio University. She attends Salem Church of God and volunteers as an alumnae advisor for the Wright State University chapter of her sorority, Alpha Omicron Pi. Jennifer has been with Dayton Memorial Park since June of 2007, working during her summer and winter breaks from college. She began working full-time at the Cemetery in May of 2012. Jennifer is happy to assist with burial locations, coordinating burials, and answering questions about grave ownership.
Denise Wyburn, Office Assistant
Denise has close ties to our military community. She is a military wife and is herself a U.S. Air Force veteran. Before settling in Ohio, she traveled extensively, developing a love for learning in general and for experiencing new cultures in particular. While currently making good use of her administrative and office skills, Denise also has a background in nursing and working with developmentally disabled adults. She enjoys spending time with her very extended family, which includes children, grandchildren, and fur babies. She is a voracious reader and a lifelong learner, frequently taking online courses in a wide variety of subjects.
Anne Haas, Family Advisor
Anne Haas was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and raised in Dayton. She graduated from Archbishop Alter High School and the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. She is a retired funeral director and embalmer and currently lives in Butler Township. She and her husband Dave have three adult children and five grandchildren, and a black lab named Lizzie. She has been a hospice volunteer and is active in helping adoptees search for their birth families.
Jordan Powers, Grounds Supervisor
Jordan was born in Piqua, Ohio and graduated from Piqua High School in 2006. He studied forestry at Hocking Tech and has several years’ experience in cemetery grounds maintenance and operations, including a previous stint at Dayton Memorial Park and at Riverside Cemetery in Troy, Ohio. He rejoined the Dayton Memorial Park cemetery staff in 2018.
Randy Toops, Grounds Maintenance Crew
Randy was born in Vandalia, Ohio and graduated from Vandalia Butler High School. He has over 26 years’ experience in cemetery grounds maintenance and operations, most of it at Dayton Memorial Park cemetery. He currently resides in Vandalia, Ohio.
Brian Burke, Grounds Maintenance Crew
Brian was born in Troy, Ohio and raised in Vandalia, Ohio. He graduated from Vandalia Butler High School and currently lives in Butler Township. He has 25 years’ experience as a Powerline Tree Clearance Technician and Foreman. He has been a member of the Dayton Memorial Park grounds maintenance crew since 2016. In his off time, he enjoys fishing and hunting.
