Larry Parker, General Manager

Larry was born and raised in the Cincinnati area. He has a BA in Agriculture with a specialization in Horticulture from Ohio State University. He recently retired from the City of Cincinnati Parks Department where he held roles of urban forester, parks district crew leader, parks region manager and ultimately Division Manager of Operations. In his spare time he enjoys most outdoor activities including hiking, camping, fishing and hunting.

Cindy Masters, Controller

Cindy Masters was born and raised in the Dayton area and now resides outside of Piqua. She graduated from Northridge High School in 1981. She and her late husband Rick have two children and five grandchildren. Cindy loves spending time with her family and friends, reading and going to movies. She has been with Dayton Memorial Park since August of 2013

Jennifer Stiver, Office Manager

Jennifer, our Office Manager, lives in Union with her husband, two daughters, and Boston terrier. She graduated from Northmont High School and Ohio University. She attends Salem Church of God and is involved as a volunteer with Girl Scouts and as an alumnae advisor for her sorority, Alpha Omicron Pi. Jennifer has been with Dayton Memorial Park since June of 2007 and is happy to assist with burial locations, coordinating burials, and answering questions about grave ownership. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling and exploring history and genealogy.

Natasha Wallbrown, Office Assistant

Born in Nashville, Tennessee, Natasha moved to Dayton, Ohio with her family when she was 13 years old and lost her father to cancer in the same year. Natasha is always willing to extend a helping hand, lend a listening ear, provide words of hope and encouragement and/or pray with anyone hurting and suffering from loss. Natasha enjoys arts, crafts and DIY projects and she loves spending quality time, making memories, having fun and laughing with her children. She is a member of Revive Church in Northridge, Ohio.

 

 

 

Tonya Munday, Family Advisor

Born in Dayton, Ohio, Tonya is very passionate about helping families meet their needs and connect with Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. She strives to provide excellent customer service via compassion and clear communication to comfort bereaving families with care and dignity. Tonya laid her own Mother "Jackie" to rest in 2020 here at the Cemetery. When not at Dayton Memorial Park, Tonya loves spending time with her beautiful family making memories, and attending Fairhaven Church and traveling.


Jordan Powers, Grounds Supervisor

Jordan was born in Piqua, Ohio and graduated from Piqua High School in 2006. He studied forestry at Hocking Tech and has several years’ experience in cemetery grounds maintenance and operations, including a previous stint at Dayton Memorial Park and at Riverside Cemetery in Troy, Ohio. He rejoined the Dayton Memorial Park cemetery staff in 2018.

 

Joe Kruse, Grounds Maintenance Crew

Joe was born in Dayton and after graduation he traveled in the western United States for six years. When he returned home he worked as a landscaper for seven years.

 


Brian Burke, Grounds Maintenance Crew

Brian was born in Troy, Ohio and raised in Vandalia, Ohio. He graduated from Vandalia Butler High School and currently lives in Butler Township. He has 25 years’ experience as a Powerline Tree Clearance Technician and Foreman. He has been a member of the Dayton Memorial Park grounds maintenance crew since 2016. In his off time, he enjoys fishing and hunting.

 

Jesse Owens, Grounds Maintenance Crew

Jessie is from the great state of Texas. He says he has a masters in "taking care of himself." He is also a philanthropist, a psychologist, a humanist and a lover of the Gospel of Christ. He does charity work every weekend!

 

Jack James, Grounds Maintenance Crew

Jack grew up in Vandalia and graduated from Vandalia Butler in 2010. He and his two dogs live in Englewood. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf.
